From tomorrow, the Scottish Government have introduced a new tenancy regime, changing the way residential tenancies are dealt with in Scotland. All new tenancies commencing on or after the 1st of December will be Private Residential Tenancies (PRTs), rather than  Short Assured Tenancies.
