Just a little update to keep you, our landlords and tenants up to date on what’s been going on with us recently.
Firstly, this time of years always rather hectic for us, even more so now that we’re offering holiday let accommodation too.
We’ve been rather active on our facebook page, probably a lot more than on our website (the power of social media) . . . it’s been a great tool for us.
Working as an online (from home) business, it’s difficult to compete with businesses who are active on the high street, however, times have been changing for and recently we have completed many transactions with new clients and tenants, with most of the work being completed online, and, some business recommendations from past clients/tenants – Probably the best tool for any business – customer feedback.
However, the thought of having our own office on a street somewhere is rather an exciting prospect. We have been discussing the idea of setting up shop somewhere and are in the very early stages of putting together a business plan as to whether it is possible (and viable). So, watch this space . . . .
Between now and the end of the year we plan to spend a considerable amount of time on marketing & advertising (an area that could have had more attention over the years). Our logo is still quite fresh (since it was revamped last year) so it’s an ideal time to get our brand out there!
On that note, keep an eye out for us. We’ll be updating our website on a more regular basis, along with updating our facebook page and linked in page.
